Welcome to SendSure. By accessing or using our email verification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SendSure, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SendSure provides email verification services that help you:

• Validate email address syntax and format
• Verify domain and MX record existence
• Detect disposable and temporary email addresses
• Identify role-based email addresses
• Perform SMTP verification where available
• Process bulk email lists via CSV upload

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credit System

• Email verifications are charged using a credit system
• New accounts receive 100 free credits
• Each email verification uses 1 credit
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SendSure to:

• Verify email addresses obtained without consent (spam lists)
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws
• Harvest email addresses for unsolicited marketing
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Overload our servers with excessive requests
• Resell our service without authorization
• Violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. API Usage

If you use our API:

• Keep your API keys confidential
• Respect rate limits (100 requests per minute)
• Do not share API keys with unauthorized parties
• We may revoke API access for abuse

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages
• Some email providers may block verification attempts

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy:

• Email verification results are not 100% guaranteed
• Some email providers do not respond to verification requests
• Email address validity can change after verification
• You are responsible for your use of verification results

9. Intellectual Property

• SendSure and its content are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
• The SendSure name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

10. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits are used

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• SendSure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for your email marketing practices or results

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SendSure harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your email marketing practices

13. Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately
• Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or service announcement.

15. Governing Law
